National Service Scheme VKIDFT Unit ,Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University,Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Student Counselling Centre has organised a motivational Session for improving personal effectiveness named ‘ Design your Destiny ‘ on 20 th October 2022, 10.00am in the VKIDFT conference hall .The programme started with NSS song. NSS programme officer Dr.Jose Mathew Sir welcomed the gathering.Dr.SN Rajakumar Sir ,Dean VKIDFT and Dr.Sriranjini ma’am ,Directorate of Students Welfare spoke few words by addressing the session.Dr.Siju Thomas Thottapilly was our resource person , who has had over 20 years of experience as a soft skill development trainer.He is a trainer at Junior chamber international and is currently practicing as a homeopathic consultant. He motivated us by giving real life examples of success stories .He gave valuable tips to improve personality and to build career effectively.He taught us to make each day productive , since we are in post corona years.All volunteers were very active in group activities and enthusiastic through out the session.After the session Sreelakshmi.S ,NSS secretary thanked the gathering and the programme ended by 1.00 pm
